I was born on a Spring day in Orange County, California. While I was young my family chose to return to my ancestral homeland of Iran in order for me to learn Persian traditions and culture. Although I missed sunny California it allowed me to experience a more difficult way of life in a Middle Eastern country and gave me a sense of appreciation and social awareness that I carry with me to this day. While living in Iran I became interested in acting and performing. Although there were not many opportunities for young talent I still found ways to appear in local commercials and television programs.

After finishing elementary school my family decided to move back to the United States. Although I was very excited to be back home I was bullied and picked on by kids in school, which made it difficult for me to fit in. I spent most of my middle school and high school years adjusting back to the America lifestyle. However, my passion for being in front of the camera continued and I started modeling while in high school and into my college years.

I obtained my bachelors degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. Although I enjoyed my studies I still carried a strong desire for wanting to act. After a few roles and becoming part of the Screen Actors Guild I decided to begin taking acting lessons with Ivana Chubbuck studios. Learning how to use my own experience and emotions to act became a very cathartic experience for me and has given me the opportunity to discover myself.

My interests include helping those who are in need and involvement in ventures of creative self-expression, hard work and dedication. I hope that along the way I can set a good example which may inspire others.
